Cinnamon Almonds

Up

Beat:

1 egg white

1 tsp. cold water

Beat together until frothy.

Add:

1 lb. (500g) almonds and or 1 lb. (500g) pecans

Add nuts to egg white mixture and coat well.

In a small bowl mix:

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2  tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Stir and pour on nuts. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 225F. Stir every 15 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled to use 1kg of nuts.
