Pumpkin Bars

Up

4 eggs

1 cup salad oil

2 cups sugar

1 15oz. can pumpkin

Mix above in large bowl. Sift and add the following:

2 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. ginger

½ tsp. cloves

½ tsp. nutmeg

Mix well and pour into greased and floured

10x15x1 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese

2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. milk or cream

1 tsp. vanilla

4 cups Icing sugar

Beat creamed cheese, butter, vanilla and milk until soft. Add sugar until correct consistency to spread. Cut into bars.
