Pizza Pops

Dough:

9 Cups Flour

2 tbsp. yeast

1 cup warm water

2 tbsp. sugar

2 cups warm milk

1 cup melted lard

2 eggs (beaten)

1½ tsp. salt

Mix together. Do Not Let Rise. Roll and cut into 8-9 inch circles. Bake each on a pan for 10-15 minutes at 350°-375°F.

Makes 40 8-9 inch pizza pops.

Filling:

½ block cheese (large)

1 cup mushrooms

1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)

1 can pizza sauce

chopped green peppers to taste

1 onion chopped

pepperoni or ham

Adjust ingredients to taste. Mix everything together. Do not over stuff. Place filling in centre of dough and press to seal.
