Welsh Cakes

Up

2 1/2 - 3 cups flour

3 tsp. baking powder

6 oz. raisins

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup margarine

Mix dry ingredients. Crumble margarine with fingers, then drop in eggs. Mix well then knead on floured board. Roll to 1/4 inch thick, cut with cookie cutter and bake on griddle.
