1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup of Wests oil
1 cup hot water
2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sour cream OR yogurt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Put all dry ingredients in bowl. Make hollow in the centre and drop in eggs and liquids. Mix until blended. Put in a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350F for 1/2 hour or better. Makes a nice moist cake or great cupcakes.
