500ml Whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
vanilla
Whip together.
1 large pkg. or 2 small pkgs. plain Dad's chocolate chip cookies. Not Oatmeal.
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Kalhua
Mix milk and Kalhua together in a bowl. Dip cookies quickly into Kalhua and milk. Mix more Kalhua and milk if needed.
Layer dipped cookies in butter pan.
Filling in any holes with crushed cookies.
Add a layer of whipped cream.
Alternate two more layers of dipped cookies and whipped cream ending with whipped cream.
Grate some chocolate on top.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
