Choc.Cake Gooey

Up

Cake:

2 cups flour

1 3/4 cups sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

5 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

1 cup strong black coffee, lukewarm

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup oil

Combine all ingredients, mix on high for 3 minutes.

Grease and flour a 9 inch spring form pan. Pour in cake batter and bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool on a rack for 10 minutes, then remove sides of pan. Using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes in the cake.

Sauce:

400 grams Kraft caramels

4 tbsp. milk

Melt in the microwave.

Pour over the cake, filling the holes,

and drizzle down the sides.

Sprinkle with pecan crumbs (optional)
