Rhubarb Cake

Up

Base:

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup brown sugar

 1/4 tsp. salt

1/2  cup margarine

1 egg beaten

Mix with fork, reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remainder into 9x13 pan.

Topping:

1/4  tsp. salt

1/4 cup margarine

1 egg

1/4  cup flour

1 cup sugar

2 cups rhubarb

Mix together and pour over base. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over crumbs.

Bake at 350F until golden.
