
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup coconut
2 cups oatmeal
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda and baking powder. Add to previous mixture. Add coconut and oatmeal. Mix. Shape into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes or until done.
