Cream Puff Dessert

1/2  cup margarine

1 8oz. cream cheese

1 cup boiling water

3 cups milk

1 cup flour

 2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding

4 eggs

1 whipping cream/topping mix

Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball. Beat eggs into mixture one at a time. Spread onto greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400-425F for 25 minutes, or until done. Cool completely. Beat the cream cheese to soften and gradually add milk to get a smooth consistency. Stir in pudding mixes and beat for 2 minutes. Spread pudding mixture over cooled puff. Top with a layer of whipping cream and fresh fruit or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
