
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 can green chillies with juice (chopped)
1 tbsp. Jalapeno peppers (chopped) - optional
2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup milk
Worcestershire sauce
4-5 tbsp. Salsa
Hot Sauce (optional)
Microwave green peppers for 3 minutes in a four cup glass measuring cup. Combine with green chillies and Jalapeno peppers.
Add cubed Velveeta and milk. Heat slowly in microwave. Once the cheese is all melted add Salsa and Hot Sauce to taste.
Serve warm as a dip with taco chips or as a sauce over noodles.
Best made a day or so in advance to allow flavours to blend.
