Ham Ball

Up

1 8oz. (250g.) cream cheese softened

1 can flaked ham

1 tsp. horseradish

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 green onion finely chopped

pepper to taste

Blend together all ingredients. Form into ball or log. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Roll in parsley before serving.
