Hot Artichoke Dip

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

1 cup (4 oz.) Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 cup Real Mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced (more to taste)

Chopped tomato

Sliced green onions

Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions.

Spoon into ungreased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions. Garnish with flowering chive and strips of green onion.

Serve with crackers.

When washing wood paneling add one cup of any type of time-saving floor wax to one gallon of water. Wash with a soft cloth. This solution helps guard against finger marks, too.
