
5 Jalapeno peppers (or more to taste)
1lb. cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup grated onion
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parsley
Remove Jalapeno tops and seeds. Grate. Mix first five ingredients together. Form into a ball, roll in parsley and chill.
