Hamburger Sausage

Up

2 lbs. hamburger

1 cup water

2 tbsp. Mortons Tender Quick

2 tsp. liquid smoke

1/4  tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. mustard seed

2 tsp. flour

1/4 tsp. accent

Mix together well.

Divide in 1/2 and shape into rolls.

Warp separately in foil - shine side out.

Refrigerate for 25 hours.

Place both rolls on sided cookie sheet.

Bake at 325F for 1 1/2 hours in the foil.

Prick foil on top.

Reduce heat to 300F and bake 30 minutes.

Open ends for foil and drain, cool, and refrigerate or freeze.

Optional: Add to taste: chopped jalapeno peppers

cayenne pepper
