
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup diced ham
4 eggs
1/2 cup half and half cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Slightly thaw hash browns. Remove excess moisture. Press into 9x13 pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and lower temperature to 350F. Sprinkle cheese and ham evenly over crust. Beat eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
