Silican Meat Roll

Up

2 beaten eggs

1/2 cup tomato juice

3/4  cup soft bread crumbs

2 tbsp. parsley

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

2 lbs. hamburger

4 6oz. thinly sliced ham

1`6oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese

Combine eggs and tomato juice. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add meat. Mix well.

On wax paper, pat meat to a 8x10 rectangle. Arrange ham and cheese on meat. Roll up meat using wax paper to roll, seal edge and ends.

Place roll, seam side down, in pan.

Bake at 350F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2  hours.

Place cheese slices on top of meat and return to oven, till cheese melts.
