
Topping
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Butter
Mix until crumbly.
Batter
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Baking powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Apple (shredded)
In a mixing bowl stir flour, sugar and baking powder together.
Make a well in centre. In another bowl, beat egg, milk and oil to blend.
Stir in apple and pour into well. Stir till moistened. Fill muffin
tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
