
2 Cups Flour
4 Tbsp. Baking powder
2 Tbsp. White sugar
1/3 Cup Butter (cold)
3/4 Cup Milk
Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl, cut in butter till crumbly. Add milk and stir with a fork until it forms a ball. Knead 10 times on floured surface. Roll 1/4" thick. Use glass to cut circles in dough. Cut through centre of each circle, barely enough to score surface. Spread with butter. Fold each circle over and press edges together and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 F for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 20.
