Marbel Cake

Up

2 ¼ Cups Flour

1 ½ Cups Sugar

3 Tsp. Baking powder

1 Tsp. Salt

Make a well in the centre & add:

½ Cup Oil

7 Egg yolks

¾ Cup Cold water

1 Tsp. Vanilla

Mix well & remove approx. 1/3 of the batter & mix in the chocolate mix:

¼ Cup Boiling water

2 Tbsp. Sugar

2 - 1oz. Squares of chocolate

Pour a layer of white batter into ungreased tube pan, a layer of chocolate batter, & so on. Run a knife through to mix slightly. Bake in slow oven at 325 for about 55 minutes.
