
1 Cup White sugar
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
½ Tsp. Baking powder
1 ¼ Cups Rolled oats
1 Cup Butter
1 Egg
¾ Cup Coconut
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ Cups Flour
Mix white & brown sugar, cream with butter, add egg & vanilla, then add dry ingredients. Form into small balls and place onto cookie sheet. Press with fork and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
