
½ Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Sugar
¼ Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk
4 Eggs
3 Tbsp. Margarine (melted)
Mix all of the above in a blender & let sit in fridge for 1 hour. Pour batter onto hot crepe pan - pour off any excess. Cook one side only. Can be frozen. To serve, put ice cream in center of crepe and roll it up. Put fruit or sauce over top & serve.
