Drumstick Slice

Base:

1 ½ Cups Vanilla wafer crumbs

½ Cup Chopped salted peanuts

¼ Cup Margarine (melted)

2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

Mix and press into 9 X 13 pan. Save some crumbs for top of filling.

Filling:

1 – 8oz. Package cream cheese

½ Cup Sugar

½ Cup Peanut butter

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1 Large tub of cool whip

3 Eggs

In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar & peanut butter. Add vanilla. Blend in eggs 1 at a time at high speed. Fold in cool whip at low speed. Pour over base. Drizzle chocolate or butterscotch sundae sauce over. Put remaining crumbs over top & freeze.
