Ice Cream Dessert

Crust:

½ Cup Butter

¼ Cup Shredded coconut

2 Cups Graham wafer crumbs

¼ Cup Chopped walnuts

Cook butter & coconut in heavy pan till lightly browned. Remove from heat. Add crumbs & nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pack ¾ of mixture in bottom of 9 X 13 pan.

Sauce:

1 Can Evaporated milk

1 Pkg. Miniature marshmallows

1 – 6oz. Package chocolate chips

Heat milk, marshmallows, and chocolate chips in top of double boiler until melted. Let cool well.

Cut vanilla ice cream slices (use a brick of ice cream). Place ½ ice cream over crust & put ½ sauce over. Repeat ice cream & sauce layers. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze until ready to serve.
