
1 Tsp. Onion powder
½ Tsp. Paprika
¼ Tsp. Garlic powder
¼ Tsp. Pepper
2 Lbs. Chicken Breasts (skinned)
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 Cup Buttermilk
1 Sweet red pepper (chopped)
4 Green onions (chopped)
In a cup, combine onion powder, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. In 2-qt. oblong baking dish arrange chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. In medium bowl combine soup, buttermilk, red pepper, and green onion. Spoon this mixture over chicken. Bake another 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir sauce before serving.
