
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Sugar
8 Tbsp. Flour
1 ½ Cups Milk
Pinch of salt
Filling:
½ Lb. Cottage cheese
1 Egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Beat eggs, add milk, flour, sugar and salt. Beat very hard. Make batter thin. Pour 2 Tbsp. Into frying pan. Cook one side only. Spread with filling, roll up and place in a shallow baking dish. Pour cream (enough to almost cover) and bake at 350.
