
1 ¾ Cup White sugar
½ Cup White corn syrup
½ Cup Water
Sprinkle of salt
Bring to a boil and boil to 250. Then add food coloring. Keep boiling to 300. Then add ¼ tsp. of mint oil, peppermint oil, wintergreen oil, or cinnamon oil. Put into 8X10 pan. Keep scoring. Once it is hard break up into small pieces and dust with icing sugar.
