4 Eggs, beat well

8 Tbsp. Milk

2 Tsp. Salt

4 Cups Flour (or enough to stiffen)

Mix together and kneed on floured surface until it no longer sticks to hands. Form into a ball cover with bowl and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out until headlines on a newspaper can be seen through. (It is “Bauer” tradition to serve these with lots of butter and sautéed croutons at Christmas – so delicious!!)
