
1 Cup Sifted flour
¼ Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 Cup Milk
2 Large eggs
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Add butter, milk, eggs and beat until very smooth. (About 2 ½ minutes) Fill greased muffin tins ½ full of batter. Bake in preheated oven of 450 for 15 minutes. Without opening door, lower temp. to 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans immediately.
