
3 Lemons
2 Lbs. Apples
1 Lb. Currants
1 Lb. Large raisins (seeded)
1 ½ Lbs. Sugar
1 Lb. Suet

Pare rinds of lemons very thinly & boil for 15 minutes. Then chop ring up in small pieces. Chop suet, chop raisins a little. Peel & chop apples & mix all ingredients together. Strain lemon juice over all & mix well. Press mince meat into jar & cover with a lid. Keep about 2 weeks before using.
