Butter Tarts

Up

1 Cup White sugar

1 Cup Raisins

2 Eggs

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1/3 Cup Butter

4 Tbsp. Cream

½ Cup Walnuts

Beat eggs. Combine all ingredients except nuts & vanilla. Heat over medium heat, til mixture boils. Boil 3 minutes on medium heat. Take off & add nuts and vanilla. Fill tarts and bake for 15 minutes at 375. (makes approx. 2 dozen small tarts)
