Hamburger Soup

Up

6      Cups    Water

5                  Beef Bouillon cubes

28 oz. Can    Tomatoes (mashed) 

10 oz. Can    Tomato Soup

2        Cups   Shredded carrots

2         Cups   Shredded potatoes

1 1/2   Cups   Onion (chopped)

1          Cup    Celery (c hopped)

1/2       Cup    Barley

6          Cups   Water

1          Tbsp.  Parsley

1          Tsp.    Sugar

1/4       Tsp.    Thyme

2 Lbs.              Hamburger (browned)

Heat 1st 6 Cups water and bouillon cubes.  Add remaining ingredients except beef.  Sommer 1 1/2 hours and then add beef.
