Potato Soup

Up

6-8 Cups Chicken broth

4-5 Baked potatoes (skinned & cubed)

2 Carrots

2 Celery stalks

2 Leeks

1 Cup Leftover mashed potatoes

1 Tbsp. Parsley

3 Cups 2% milk

Dash of garlic & pepper to taste

Combine and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 hours, or in crock pot for longer.
